Grand Ole Pumkin Patch and Pre-Halloween Fun

I am so far behind on the blog but instead of trying to catch up right now, I am just going to jump in on current activities so that I do not fall further behind!  We have had a fun fall enjoying the weather and all of the activities that go along with it!

Last weekend, Brad, Annie, and I went to the Grand Ole Pumpkin Patch in Clanton, AL!  It was a lot of fun although it was the coldest and windiest day that we have had yet this season.  We started off the afternoon with a hay ride to the pumpkin patch!

Then, we explored the pumpkin patch!  Annie loves pumpkins and enjoyed seeing so many!

This was not posed - she asked to sit on this one all by herself!

After the hay ride and the pumpkin patch, we visited the little petting zoo!  Annie loved seeing the animals up close!  I love this picture of Annie and her Daddy!!

These goats were looking for food and were coming through the fence trying to find it!  Annie was a little unsure about that!

The sheep were hungry too!

I am so glad we went to the pumpkin patch and we look forward to going again next year!

It took a little convincing to get Annie to wear her Halloween costume, but she finally got excited about it and loved wearing it!  My Mom made these tiger costumes for Emily and I when we were babies!  Then, Elizabeth and Jeffrey were both tigers as well!  I love that Annie is wearing it now too!  Unfortunately, she never did warm up to the tiger hat :(

She especially loved the tiger tail!

Cutest tiger I know!

We joined a bunch of friends (most of whom we didn't know) at the zoo for a play date one morning!  Annie loved being there and is really starting to like getting out with other children and playing!

This chicken roams the zoo and wanted Annie's goldfish.  She liked the chicken a lot as long as he didn't get too close!

Our friend Trey otherwise known as Nemo was there too!  Annie loved him and would call him back if he walked off :)

Annie loves having her own seat everywhere we go!

Here the chicken is getting a little too close!  Annie was shooing him away like she does a fly!  Haha!

We have been to almost all of Uncle Jeffrey's 9th grade football games this year!  Annie LOVED going to each game and seeing her family, the crowds, and watching the football players and cheerleaders!

These pictures are from the last game against Vestavia!  Emily brought her stadium chair and it became the magic chair!  We set it up for Annie and she did not get out of it the entire game!!!!

Here she is telling us that she is "1" years old!! She is so proud!

All bundled up because it was so cold!

Watching closely!

Lookin' good!

Hooray!!

Jeffrey, we love watching you play football!  We are so proud of you for a great season!

Happy Fall to everyone!  I will be back with a 14 and 15 month post as well as Halloween pictures!
